Love God, Love others! I believe sums up Rocky Student Ministries. Living that out looks like RELATIONSHIPS. Building authentic, sincere relationships with others as we carry our love for Jesus Christ to every corner of our world. It is my vision that RSM be a place for students to connect in meaningful relationships that equip them to be outwardly focused on the community that I believe God has placed us. Yes, we do have weekly programming, which serves primarily as a tool of fellowship. Creating an environment for growing, deepening relationships founded in the word of God. We are not trying to attract people to a program, but to Christ, and sometimes that process begins at our weekly stuff. So, here is the weekly stuff you can get involved in regarding youth at Rocky Mountain Church. For more info email Scott.
Youth Group: This is our weekly gathering that includes middle school and high school students. This is our family fun time. We have contests, play games, do trivia and generally get a little crazy. We also have a time of Biblically based teaching that addresses our faith in the context of our culture.
Sunday Nights: From 5:00-7:00 In the youth room at Rocky.
Seekers: We live in a culture obsessed with control and individualism. A culture that is desperately trying to label everything in hopes that our self-esteem might not be fractured. Navigating these cultural waters can be tough, asking questions about our faith and what our faith looks like in this culture is crucial. Our motto at Seekers is simple, “we care for people more than we care about our opinion being heard or agreed with”. Seekers is a safe place to ask questions, explore a variety of perspectives all under a Biblical banner.
Wednesday Nights: From 6:30-8:00 PM Downtown at Riverplace
College Night: It's a Monday Night Thing! Collage-aged students in Northern Colorado have an opportunity to gather and worship together. We have students from six different colleges around teh NOCO area represented. Our goal has four parts to it: worship, prayer, Bible, service. Every first Monday of the month we focus on food and fellowship, meeting at the Miller house in Loveland. The other three MOnday nights we meet at Loveland Bible Churc. First Monday of the Month: Dinner at the Miller's, 6:00-10:00pm
Every other Monday: Meet at Loveland Bible Church, 7-8:30pm
